SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS AND I.E. INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/81-10
Dear Mr. Stello:
Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submitted to you on June 17, 1981 its response (Serial No.: NO-81-1039) to your letter of May 12, 1981 which transmitted your Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties, and I.E. Inspection Report 50-261/81-10.
Further review of our response has indicated that due to administrative oversight an erroneous commitment date was given.
In the response to Violation II.A, the paragraph headed Date When Full Compliance Will Be Achieved, should be read as follows:
Full compliance will be achieved in regard to this violation when the corrective action described above is completed on June 30, 1981.
