In response to your request dated December 6,1977 and our letter dated August 12, 1977, the Commission has issued the following enclosed license amendments for the Dresiien and Quad-Cities Stations:
Amendment No. 24 to License No. DPR-2 for Dresden 1; Amendment No. 35 to License No. DPR-19 for Dresden 2; Amendment No. 32 to License No. DPR-25 for Dresden 3; Amendment No. 44 to License No. DPR-29 for Quad-Cities 1; Amendment No. 42 to License No. DPR-30 for Quad-Cities 2;
- The amendments consist of administrative changes to the Technical Specifications to:
1.
delete requirement for an Annual Operating Report, while retaining the specific requirement for an Annual Report of Occupational Exposure.
2.
modify the submittal date for the Monthly Operating Report to the 15th instead of the 10th of the month following the calendar mcnth covered by the report, and 3.
delete the Respiratory Protection Program based on your compliance with 10 CFR 20.103, and our letter dated August 12, 1 977..
Our review of your application resulted in minor modifications to your proposals. These have been discussed with and agreed to by your staff.
