Doc oom Pursuant to the Initial Decision issued September 4,1962 and my telegram of the same date Item 3.a. (1) of License DPR-2 was amended to authorize Commonwealth Edison Company to operate
-g the Dresden reactor at steady state power levels not in excess of 700 megawatts (thermal).
A copy of that amendment, designated as Amendment No. 7 and the notice thereof which will be published in the Federal Register is enclosed.
Also enclosed is a complete revision of the Technical Specifications

(Appendix "A") of License DPR-2 which incorporates the increases in the maximum heat flux limits and steady state power levels authorized by the aforesaid Initial Decision and telegram.
1 Pursuant to Section 2.761(c) of 10 CFR Part 2, the Initial Decision

remains subject to review by the Commission for a period of thirty (30) days after issuance.
