Ccemonvcalth Edison, by letters dated October 6,1966, January 9,1%7, and January 31, 1967, has requested authorization to load up to 106 Type V fuel assemblies, four Type III-F fuel assemblies with one plutonium enriched fuel rod in each of the four assemblies and to remove selected fuel rods in the Tyne SA-1 fuel assembly.
This change, designated Proposed ChanEe No.13, has been considered pursuant to the provisions of Section 50 59,10 CFR 50. On the basis of the information submitted in support thereof, we have concluded that ChanEe No. 13 does not present significant bazards considerations not described or implicit in the hazards summry report and that there is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endan6ered. A related safety evaluation is attached.

In view of the foregoing, the Technical Specifications to License No. DPE-2 are hereby amended as set forth below:

Section B.2, page 1, is revised in its entirety, as follows:
