Your letter dated February 27, 1973, transmitted a proprietary Report GU-5293 entitled "E. valuation of Densification in Dresden Unit I ruel Supplied by Culf United" (dated February 23, 1973), and requested that the report be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2.790(b). Proprietary errata thereto were received with your letters dated May 1 and 7,1973. A non-proprietary version of thic report bearing a report number GU-5296 was transmitted by your letter dated May 1, 1973.
Tne reason for the withholding was statc'd to be that cert in infornctica presented in the_ proprietary repcrt. was gathered ct the c:.yense of Gulf United and its disclosure do Tuel suppliers in competition with Culf United may result in a competitive and econocic disadvantcge to Culf United. The regulatory staff has examined Report GU-525 3 cnd the two errata thereto and, pursuant to Sectica 2.790(b) of 10 Crn Pcrt 2,imc approved the withholding request.
