Your letter dated June 26, 1973, transmitted a proprietary report entitled " Response to Request for Additional Inforcation dated June 12, 1973," and requested that the report be withheld fron public cisclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(b). by letter dated August 21, 1973, we received your non proprietary version of this report.
The reason for the withholding request was stated to be that the report "contains some information which was developed at the expense of Gulf United and which secures their competitive position in the industry." The Regulatory staff has examined the proprietary report and, pursuant to Section 2.790(b) of 10 CFR lart 2, has approved your withholding request.
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(b) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the proprietary report from public inspection. L'ithholding of this information from public inspection shall not affect the right, if any, of persons properly and directly concerned to inspect the docu e t.
