and. Harpster of this office on December 15-17, 19, 22-23, and

30, 1975, and January S and 13, 1976, of activities at Dresden

Nuclear Power Station 1* nits 1, 2 and 3 authorized by NRC

Operating Licenses No. DPR-2, No. DPR-19 and No. DPR-25 and to

the discussion of our findings with Messrs. Stcphenson and

Abel and others of your staff at the conclusion of tite inspec-

tion.

A copy of our report of this inspection is enclosed.and identi-

fies the areas examined during the inspection. Within these

areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination of

procedures and representative records, interviews with plant

personnel, and observations by the inspectors.

No item of nonconpliance with NRC requirements were identi-

fied within the scope of this inspection.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of tihe NRC's "Fules of

Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a

copy of this letter and the enclosed incpection report will

be placed in the ITAC's Public Document Room. If this report

contains any informtion that you or your contractors believe
