Appendix A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-10 Company Docket No. 50-237 Docket No. 50-249 Based on the inspection-conducted on November 7-11,1977, it appears that certain of your activities were not in accordance with commitments, codes, standards, guides, or acceptable practices, as noted below.
Contrary to Section 9.1, Paragraph 7, of the Generating Stations Emergency Plan.(GSEP), the licensee failed to conduct an annual review of the emergency plan implementing procedures for'the Directors of the following GSEP groups: command center; intelligence, medical, information; manpcwer and logistics, communications, aerial logistics, accounting; legal; engineering; system power supply load dispatcher; and the six division group directors.
