Under the provisions of section 102 of the National Environtmntal Policy Act, each Federal agency is required to consult with appropriate Federal, State, and local agencies concerning nejor Federal actions significantly affecting the quality of the human er.viron aant and to prepare a detailed statement concer. ing, anong other things, the environtental irmact of the proposed action. We will need from you, at the tino of filine of your Final Safety Analysis Report, certain information to permit un to prepare the dotailed environmental statement required by the Act.

Identify:

the environmental studies you are conducting or plan to conduct, b.
any compatible recreation uses planned for the site, or present recreation uses which will be impaired or damaged by the facility, c.
those pollution control measures which were instituted, or are expected to be instituted during the remaining construction i
period and subsequent operation of the facility, and d.
those State and local agencies from which liceases, permits, or other approvals relating to the environmental matters must be obtained before operation of the facility may begin.
2.
Provide much other information that would be pertinent and helpful for t!.e preparation of the environmental statement taking into account the information in the Interim Guidelines published by the Counef I on Environmental Quality.
