In order to assist you its the properation of envireemental reports required by the Commission's regulations implementing the :letional Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (10 CTR Part 50, Appendix D), I as pleased to provide the acciosed draft "Cuida to the Preparaties of Environmental Reports for :iuclear Power Plantat."
