Dear Mr. Boyd:
SUBJECT:
RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAM (TAC N0. L30539)
In accordance with your application dated March 31, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-778 is hereby amended to incorporate minor changes to your radiation safety program and administrative procedures.
Due to a reorganization at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, we are reformatting the licenses by combining into one document the safety and safeguards license conditions. Although this licensing action only_ addresses changes to your safety conditions, for convenience, we are reissuing the complete document at this time.
In addition, those license conditions that have been complied with have been deleted.
Future amendments will include only the applicable portions of the document being changed (safety or safeguards).
If you have any questions about this document, please contact the Project Manager, Mike Lamastra, on (301) 504-3416.
Accordingly, Condition S-1 is revised to include.the date of March 31, 1993.
In addition, to reflect our Division's reorganization, Conditions S-2 and S-3 have been revised as follows to update the attachment descriptions:
S-2.
Sealed sources shall be subject to the leak testing and actions specified in the attached " License Condition for Leak Testing Sealed Source Which Contains Alpha and/or Beta-Gamma Emitters," dated April 1993.
