SUBJECT:
CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUESTS DATED JUNE 2, 1992, DECEMBER 21, 1992, AND SUPPLEMENT DATED JANUARY 20, 1993 By letter dated June 2,1992, the licensee requested an amendment to revi.se the qualifications for the Manager, Regulatory Compliance, and to establish the new position and qualifications for the Staff Engineer, Licensing.
The staff reviewed the application and prepared a request for additional information dated flovember 25, 1992.
The licensee provided the requested information in letters dated December 21, 1992, and January 20, 1993.
The amendments consist of revised qualifications for the Manager, Regulatory Compliance and new qualifications for the Staff Engineer, Licensing; revised organizational charts to reflect changes in the corporate organization; and a revised Approval and Responsibility Matrix to reflect reassignment of responsibilities.
These changes are organizational and will not adversely affect the public health and safety or the environment.
Accordingly, pursuant'to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(ll), neither an environmental assessment nor an environmental impact statement is warranted for the proposed action.
