In accordance with your amendment applications dated Juna 2, 1992, and December 21, 1992, and supplement dated January 20, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the C_ ode of Federal Regulations,. Materials License SNM-1227 is hereby amended to authorize organizational changes as'follows:

Revise the qualifications for the Manager, Regulatory Compliance;
