Quad Cities Station Operating Report NRC Dockets (50-254 and S0-265)
Enclosed is an addendum to the Radioactive Effluent Report for July through December 1991 and January through June 1992, for Quad Cities Nuclear-Power Station.
During a thorough inter-company audit, it was noted that for the two reports in question, the liquid curie total of Sb-124, Sb-125, Tc-99m, l
As-76, and Na-24 were'not included in the reports. Also, for the January through June 1992 report, the values for Fe-55 and Sr-90 that were reported were higher than actual.
It is important to note that none of these changes affected the total percent of applicable limit values. The total liquid curies released increased by less than one percent for July through December 1991, and decreased by 1.7 percent for January through June 1992.
The following pages are edited versions of the Liquid Effluent sections of the two reports.
A copy of this report will be furnished to the NRC Resident Inspector.
