0FFICE CONCURRENCE ON PROPOSED RULE ENTITLED REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE ACCESSIBLE AIR GAP FOR GENERALLY LICENSED DEVICES The Office of Administration (ADM) concurs on the Commission paper and proposed rule that would amend 10 CFR Parts 31 and 32 to restrict the accessible air gap for generally licensed devices in order to control radiation exposures of individuals.
