Ms. J. L. Dixon-Herrity of this. office during the period January 10 through

February 20, 1993. The inspection included a reviaw of activities authorized

for your Waterford Steam Electric ~ Station, Unit 3, facility. At the

conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members

of your staf f identified in the enclosed report.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within

these areas, the inspection consisted ofs selective examinations of procedures
and representative. records, interviews .with. personnel, and observations of.

activities in progress. The results of this inspection are documented on the

first page of the enclosed report.
