WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT By letter dated July 23, 1991, you proposed to amend Section 3.1/4.1 of the Technical Specifications (TS) for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, and superseded that application in its entirety by letter of November 20, 1991.

By letter dated December 4,1992, you notified us of your intent to withdraw the proposed amendment request and to resubmit it as part of the TS Upgrade Program for Quad Cities and Dresden Stations.

Your proposed amendment request is considered withdrawn.
