Section 3/4.1 of Appendix A, Technical Specifications ~to Facility.-Operating Licenses DPR-29 and DPR-30.
The proposed change involved a rewrite of the R9ctor Protection System section of the Technical Specifications and was j
submitted as part of an overall Technical Specifica 'on Upgrade Progam (TSUP).-

Dr.'T.E. Murley December 4, 1992 The new amendment requests will be patterned after the original Quad Cities submittal, but will more closely follow the guidelines presented in NUREG-0123, Revision 4.
In addition, the proposed amendments will make the Quad Cities and Dresden Technical Specifications identical within equipment and design limitations.
