revised alternate analysis program, the program evaluation process and the acceptance criteria.. Phase II of.the program addresses post restart issues and you committed to complete. Phase II at Sequoyah by the end of the' Cycle 4 refueling outage'for each unit. 'You are proposing to revise the review meth.

You stated:that the' revised methodology is more efficient and will meet the intended purpose of the original Phase II program.
