!g Calibration of Neutron Survey Instrument-Section X of the Safety Analysis Report requires written procedures and states, "The procedures are followed by all personnel using the facilities _

of the Nuclear Science Center."

Standard Operating Procedure VIIB-13 requires portable radiation' survey-instruments be calibrated on an annual basis.

In deviation from the above, the neutron survey instrument used to perform radiation surveys of the beam ports was not calibrated between July 15, l
