No. DPR 35 by Mr. C. Conklin of this office on March 26 29,1990 at your Pilgrim
Nuclear Power Station, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Discussions of our findings were
presented by Mr. Conklin to you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of
