Your attention is invited to the Freedom of.Information Act, Title-5, l'. S. Code, sec. 552, as emended-and*to your agency's implementing instructions and regulations, under provisions of which it is requested that I be providsd with copies of the following documents from-

notification to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by on-site. agency 1
reprosentatives and by representatives of TU Electric Company of the
~l "unueuel event" occurring at TU Electric's Comanche Peake nuclear power facility at Glen Rone, Texas, on or about March 1E, 1990.

Correspondence, memoranda and other written documents-constituting communications between tne I! aclear Regulatory 1 Commission and any third party, including but not limited to members.of Congress, pertaining directly or indirectly to the " unusual event" at Comanche Peak referenced l
above.

NRC regulation and any special directives or isntructions pertain-ing to the reporting of " unusual events" of the type referenced above.
3 I am willing to provide reimbursement for reasonable reproduction costs.
But I request waiver of all fees, under your agency's guidelines, since the documents are requested in connection with research'for-articles for the Dallas Times ~ Herald, a general circulation daily newspaper, and, as such, their release will primarily benefit che general publ3c.
