MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT -
50969/0L-90-01 The NRC administered examinations during the weeks of January 22 and:
February 5,1990 to employees of your-company who currently hold licenses to
' operate the McGuire Nuclear Station.
At the conclusion of the ' site visit,-
preliminary-findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified ~
in the Examination Report. Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each-examined ' individual is
.provided in Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examinations and answer keys are included in'this report as Enclosure 3.
A requalification program evaluation report is included as Enclosure 4.-
This evaluation report finds that the McGuire requalification program remains satisfactory.~
Your attention ~ is invited-to information in the examination and evaluation reports which describe our concerns over operator performance and examination administration.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is provided in this report as Enclosure 5.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, 3, 4, and 5 will be placed in the NRC's 'Public Document Room.- Enclosure 2 is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent
