In accordance with your application dated April 5,1990, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1861 is hereby amended to eliminate an existing commitment in the license which limits the licensee's control of fuel assemblies at Watts Bar Nuclear Unit 1.
Accordingly, Condition 9 is revised to include the date of April 5,1990.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Revised Materials License No. SNM.1861 incorporating Amendment No.14 and a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
