In accordance with your &pplication dated April 5,1990, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal ReguJations. Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1873 is 1
hereby amended to eliminate an existing commitment in the license which limits the licensee's control of fuel assemblies at Watts Bar Nuclear Unit 2.
Accordingly, Condition 9 is revised to include the date of April 5,1990.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Revised NRC Materials License No. SNM-1873 incorporating Amendment No. 8 and a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
