CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JUNE 16, 1989 By letter dated April 5, 1990, TVA requested an amendment to License Nos.
5 SNM-1871 and SNM-1873 to eliminste an existing commitment in the licenses.
This is an administrative action, and as such, there will be no effect to the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11),neitheranEnvironmentalAssessmentnoranEnvironmentalImpact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
