UNIMPLEMENTED UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUES AT BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNITS 1 A2 2 On October 19, 1989, the staff issued Generic Letter.(GL) 89 21 which requested I
information concerning the status of implenentation of unresolved safety issues (USI) at your facility.
Based on your response to this GL, dated Novesber 27, 1989, our review of Agency records and discussions between your staff and the NRC Project Manager, the NRC staff has cogiled the enclosed list representing our assessment of USI iglementation.
These results were presented to the Commission at a meeting on February 14, 1990. to this letter pmsents the staff's understanding of the current status of all uninglemented USI for the Brunswick Steam Elect..c Plant, Units 1 and 2.
