P,y letter dated January 22,1990, we requested additional information in relation to your proposed technical specification (TS) amendments requested in accordance with GL 87-09. We indicated that an additional statement had been t
included in the proposed TS 4.0.3 and requested justification.
However, upon further review we have determined that TS 4.0.3, as proposed, is consistent with the wording provided in GL 89-09. Therefore, there is no need to respond to our request.
