Per the' February 16, 1990,-telephone conversation between Mr. W. R. Higgins and 1
' Mr.'J. J. Hayes, Jr., Project Manager, Project Directorate 11-1 Division of Reactor Projects I/II, it was agreed that Amendment 85 to the Facility l
Operating License, issued on_ February-12, 1990, could not be enacted within 30
' days of issuance of the amendment. Amendment 85 supports a modification that-is to be made'to the Reactor Building /RHR Sump Level indication. This 3
-modification-is to be implemented during the 5th Refueling Outage which is scheduled to begin on March 23, 1990.
In the: February 16, 1990, telephone conversation, it was mutually agreed that Amendment 85 would be be enacted upon completion of the modification to the Reactor Building /RHR Sump Level indication.
