By your application and affidavit dated September 2,1981 you submitted a report concerning the performance of the prototype CEA " Examination of Prototype CEA During Calvert Cliffs II EOC-3 Outage," CEN-180(B)-P..
Your reasons for requesting our withholding of this information were related to the protection of Combustion Engineering's competitive position concerning the prototype CEA.
