Dear Mrs Skovholt:
In accordance with the provisions of Title 10, U. S. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, I request that the University of Washington Nuclear Reactor License R-73 be renewed. This license is currently due to expire at midnight October 13, 1969.
Eenewal is requested for the longest possible duration, a twenty year period if such is permitted.
