Dear Mr. Virgilio:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Oxnpany (SCE&G) provides one copy of Technical Specification Changes for the Virgil C. Sunner Nuclear Station. 'Ihese proposed changes are to the Radiological and Environmental Sections. The attached changes are presental in form of a letter from Mr. Jim Barker, the SCE&G Staff Health Physicist, to the NRC reviewer, Mr. Chandrasekaran.
