Gentlemen:
On November 2,1981, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) issued Amendments 42 and 65 which approved your application dated September 3,1981. This application requested the addition of a co-owner for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Units 1 and 2.
A Class II fee ($1,200) and a Class I fee ($400) were remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their final review of the application, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is applicable in lieu of the Class II fee ($1,200) because the review involved financial considerations that are more the adminis-trative or pro forma in nature. On this basis, it is requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $2,800 to our office. The duplia te Class I fee is considered to be appropriate for one of the units.
