CONSTRUCTION PERflIT CPPR-93 FOR Tile WPPSS 2 FACILITY Please find enclosed a copy of a nencrandun I received fron Darrell C. Eisenhut on flovember 30, 1981 requesting that the Coanission be advised of a recent telephone conversation between a nerber of his staff and fir. E. Rosolic of Portland, Oregon, in which Mr. Rosolle stated his intent to request a hearing in the above-captioned natter. Also enclosed is a copy of a letter dated Novenber 27, 1981 from Mr. Schwencer to Mr. Rosolic advising him of the proper procedure to be followed in formally requesting a hearing in this case.
In the event that l'r. Rosolie's written request is transnitted to the staff rather than to the Connission, we will pronptly provide you with a copy of that request in accordance with your menorandun of October 27, 1981 to Willian J.
