In accordance with the Commission's request as stated in a memorandum'rom S. Chilk dated October 27, 1981, and the procedure outlined in a subsequent memorandum from H. Dircks to S. Chilk dated November 16, 1981, please inform the Commission that Hr. E. Rosolie of Portland, Oregon, notified us, during the course of a telephone conversation, of his intent to request a hearing in connection with the captioned matter.
He indicated that he would do so in writing.
Enclosed is a copy of our letter to Nr. Rosolie dated November 27,-1981, which reflects this telephone conversation.
The staff expects to complete its work on the pending requesth n 10 to 14 days.
