- NCR 1191 50-(30 5')439 The subject nonconformmce was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector B. Cochran on July 9, 1980 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our interim reports dated August 8 and October 22, 1980 and January 9, April 27, August 18, and November 5, 1981. The date for our next report was inadvertently omitted from our last report. We expect to submit our next report on the subject deficiency bj February 3,1982.
