0 Request Item No.
2,. listed in our letter of' August 10, 1979, was incorrect when the "high head" SIS piping was listed. It should be listed as " low head".
We find that this affects page 18 paragraph B 7 (f) of the Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 22 which approves the BVPS-1 ISI program, "high head" should be " low head".
Page 18 has been included with the corrected wording to show the location of the error.
The high head piping is addressed under item "a" and "e" page 18.
Our letter of August 10, 1979, has been included as an aid for review.
Basis The purpose for this request is to correct wording used previously in correspondence concerning the ISI program.
