Dear Sir:
Enclosed for filing are three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment to Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of Attachments I and II thereto, comprising a statement of the proposed changes to the Environmental Technical Specifi-cations and the associated Safety Evaluation.
The proposed changes resolve an existing conflict between Environmental Technical Specification (Section 2.3.B.10) and Operating Technical Specification (Tables 4.2-4 and 4.2-6, Note 4, pages 82 and 85) regarding off-gas system isolation feature testing.
The proposed page changes are Attachment I to the Application for Amendment to the Operating License enclosed with this letter.
The Safety Evaluation for the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications is Attachment II to the Application for Amendment.
The Authority has classified this application for Amendment [oo/
to the operating license as Class II since the change serves only to resolve this conflict.
