NRC to Plant Manager, CECO personnel, consultants and other personnel specified by Plant Manager Introductions of Personnel Explanation of Review / Audit Process (What, How, Schedule) 0930 - Brief tour of control room to understand general layout of systems 1000 - Begin Review in Control Room
- Need three qualified CR Operators (Preferrably one Shift Supervisor and two operators)
- Need engineering personnel to answer technical questions about CR
- Need HFE personnel to discuss specific HF features
- Need permission (passes) to use photographic equipment in CR and to take equipment (four cameras and accessories) in and out of plant.
- First day review subjects will be Control Displays, workspace, Remote Shutdown Panel.

- Second day review subjects will be Annunciators, Labels and L6 cation Aids, Process Computer 11/19/81 0830 - Continue Review in Control Room

- Small office or conference room to accomodate six people for the three days (perferrably near CR)
- Use of copy machine Phone numbers (CR, office) where NRC personnel can be reached by home office Control room lighting (temporary) sufficient to photograph in all area with ASA 400 film Mockups and overlays of all design modifications already committed.
