We have completed our review of the Physical Security Plan (dated May 16, 1980) for the " Security Plan For the Low-Enriched Uranium Activities at the Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant" subuitted by your letter dated May 16, 1980, as revised by your letters dated May 7,1981 and July 7,1981, and have determined that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 for special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
Accordingly, your approved plan consists of a document entitled " Security Plan For the Low-Enriched Uranium Activities at the Babcock & Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant" submitted by your latter dated May 16, 1980 as revised by letters dated May 7,1981 and July 7,1981.
Your plan is required to be fully implemented thirty (30) days after receipt of thist 1etter.
