As required by 10 CFR 73.47, we are forwarding, with this letter, seven copies of the Security Plan for the low-enriched uranium activities at the Babcock & Wilcox Company, connercial'16 clear Fuel Plant.
In addition, we
. are requesting certain license conditions associated with the Security Plan as described in the various attachments to this letter.
Attachment I to this letter describes the request concerning exemption of'the
