Please refer to your letter of September 28, 1981 concerning the approval of Alternate Route E for the shipment of spent fuel from Oconee Nuclear Station to McGuire Nuclear Station.
We have determined that " Spent Fuel Transportation Plan - Oconee Nuclear Station to McGuire Nuclear Station - Alternate Route E Request" meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.37 and accordingly is approved.
