Dear Mr. Smith,
To confirm my recuest for a cocy of the proposed rule 1
on land disoosal of low level radioactive waste, and ask that you send this as soon as possible.
Also, could you please' send any information that your office may have on the current status of the license governing low level vaste s tragc_ that is now in effect at the Turkey Point plant in South Florida.
It was recently brought to my attention by the Attorney Generals office that Florida Power and Light Co.
has applied for an anmendment to their initial license in the area of low level radioactive vaste storage Is this information correct?
If so.
Could you clease send me a copy of the recuest for an arrendment to the Turkey Jpj.nt license ?
