'lhis will confirm try telephone conversation with Dave lionan on Septeraber 24, 1931, and will respond to your letter of September 15, 1931, relative to the spray pond. Based upon the earlier satisfactory inspection of the spray Ixmd excavation, our geotechnical engineering staff does not find it necessary to return at the comletion of the final quadrcnts. They will, however, wish to inspect during the application of the soll and bentonite layers.
