- DCR NO, ICCFR50.59 SAFETY EVALUATION lEC-0538 These changes do not involve or effect safety margin, involve technical specification changes, nor effect safety analysis, lEC-0544 This DCR covers lighting, telephones, pa and cabling.
It does not affect or alter any safety function.
lEC-0637 The increasing of the trolley rail from 25" to 40" rail does not affect any presently performed safety analysis, nor does it create any new safety hazards. The basis of the Technical Specifications are not affected.
1EC-1080 The addition of the structural material shown in this DCR in the Controlled Facilities Building and Walkway - Truck Bay will resolve the Unreviewed Safety Question which concerns the Safe Shutdown Earthquake (SSE) and the structures proximity to the Refueling and Auxiliary Feedwater Tanks.
lEC-1144 Wrapping these vital cable trays will not affect any safety function, margin or analysis. No U.S.Q. is present, lEC-1170 Installation of this corebore will not affect the safe shutdown of the reactor or the structural integrity of the building.
No unreviewed environmental question is involved.
lEC-ll78 The work to be done on the Unit #1 condenser does not involve any unreviewed safety question or a change to the Technical Specification.
The condenser integrity remains intact.
1ET-1273 This DCR is a test conducted by Westinghouse to examine thimble tubes.
It does not affect a safety related system and does not present an Unreviewed Safety Question.
lEC-1286 This modification does not affect any safety related system and does not alter the basic operation of the spent fuel tool.
IMD-0115 The change involves addition of marcal shutoff valves which are normally open. They will be closed only during integrated leak rate test of the containment (ILRT). Administrative controls shall be used to have the valves opened before system operation.
1SC-0059 This change does not affect the normal operation of the system and does not raise any safety question.
1SC-0214 The addition of a chain operator to a valve does not affect the design philosophy of the system. The modification does not affect any present analysis nor does it create any safety question.
The Technical Specifi-cations are not affected.
1SC-0433 The addition of break flanges to #11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 automatic backwash strainers does not alter the original design concept of the service water system in any way. Also, the addtion of the break flanges does not change the Technical Specifications or the SAR.
