Your request for information per Reference (b) was also communicated to PSNH via the Seabrook Acceptance review package signed by you on the same date (September 30, 1981).
A comparison of the Seabrook Station Fire Protection Program to Appendix R of 10CFR50 is underway to identify and justify any existing deviations.
