Anaconda-Ericcson Company Continental Wire and Cable Docket No.. 99900372/81-01 NOTICE OF NONCONFORMANCE Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on September 15-13, 1981, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in accordance with NRC requirements as inuicated below:
The Anaconda Company's corrective action response letter dated September 12, 1979, states, " Attached you will find our response to each deviation as reported in the Vendor Inspection Report." The attachment response for the Item F deviation states, with regard to corrective action, "The 17 procedures will be written by February 1,1980."
Contrary to the above, the 17 procedures identified in the Manufacturing Instruction No. 8, Section 0, dated August 2,1976, an index for instruc-tions applicable to extrusion equipment, had not been written.
