This was followed.by our interim reports dated December 23, 1980 and
' April 23, 1981. Enclosed is our third interim. report. We expect to submit our next report by February 18, 1982.

THIRD INTERIM REPORT -
Description of Deficiency A number of B&W supplied instruments are intended 'for installstion in TVA's free standing, open, local instrument panels. Because of imprecise specifications in a TVA procurement document, the instrumentation supplied by B&W has nov been seismically qualified to a response spectra which is (3
compatible with the response spectra for TVA local instrument pane,ls.
The responsibility for this deficiency is TVA's.
