Dear Mr. Miller:
In light of the fact that adequate guidelines on Emergency Plans and Procedures are not currently available, we request that an extension on the submittal deadline be granted. When the revision of Key Guide 2.6 is complete, we will submit a revised Emergency Plan in accordance with its recommendations. Until that time, we will operate with our current Emergency Plan which has proven satisfactory in the past.
