In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.30, Public Service Company of Oklahoma herewith submits sixty (60) official copies of Amendment 18 to its Preliminary Safety Analysis Report for the Black Fox Station Units 1 and 2.
Twenty-five (25) advance copies have been submitted previcusly, as indicated in our October 22, 1981 letter to you.
. Amendment 18 responds to the requirements of the Near-Term Construction Permit / Manufacturing License regulations approved by the Commission on August 27, 1981, with regard to hydrogen control matters (2)(ix) and (3)(v).
Instructions for incorporating the usterial into the PSAR are provided.
